The layout includes two jog wheels with Color On Jog Display, a two-channel mixer section, performance pads and Beat FX controls. Feeling Adjust lets the DJ alter the resistance of each jog wheel.
The 10.1-inch touchscreen has a 1280 × 800 WXGA resolution and a higher frame rate than the XDJ-RX2. The browsing screen can display up to 12 tracks at once.
