Booking & Payment. 50% prepayment is required to secure the booking. Remaining 50% 7 days before delivery. We accept: Credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
Rental Agreement. A standard one-page rental agreement must be signed by the client upon delivery. KYC mandatory: a valid ID or Passport is required.
Security Deposit. €1000 refundable deposit required (Cash or Card hold). Funds released within 48 hours after equipment collection and inspection. The client is legally responsible for the equipment from installation until collection.
Multi-Day Rates.
Delivery & Logistics. Professional delivery, setup, and soundcheck included. Delivery and pick-up: 10:00 – 20:00. Late-night collection (after 20:00) subject to a €50 surcharge.
Cancellation Policy. Up to 7 days before the event — free. Less than 7 days notice results in loss of the 50% down payment.
